User Agreement

Welcome to the Chat2File-DeepSeek browser extension (the "Extension"). By installing, enabling, or using the Extension, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this Agreement. If you do not agree, stop using and uninstall the Extension.

The Extension is a utility tool for https://chat.deepseek.com/ that organizes visible page conversation content and exports it to multiple file formats, or saves it to a local notebook.

The Extension is not the DeepSeek chat service itself and does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or legality of any third-party website.

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension only for lawful purposes and intended functionality.

The current version includes extension account and membership capabilities.

• Account authentication is completed through the extension callback page and backend APIs.
• Membership status may affect whether some export features remain available.
• You are responsible for providing true and lawful account information and for keeping your account secure.

You agree not to use the Extension to:

• Violate laws or regulations, infringe others' rights, or evade regulatory requirements.
• Export, copy, or distribute content that does not belong to you without authorization.
• Disrupt the normal operation of the Extension, webpages, or related services.
• Reverse engineer, crack, or bypass restrictions (except where explicitly permitted by law).

You are solely responsible for any risks and liabilities arising from the content you export, save, or distribute.

The Extension uses or links to third-party services, including but not limited to DeepSeek pages, extension store pages, authentication and analytics services, and CDN resources.

Third-party services are provided independently by their operators, and you must also comply with their terms and policies.

All intellectual property rights in the Extension and related code, UI, documentation, and marks belong to the rights holders.

Except as expressly authorized in this Agreement, you may not copy, relicense, commercially use, or use them in a confusing manner.

To the extent permitted by law, the Extension is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee:

• Error-free, uninterrupted, or absolutely secure operation.
• Ongoing compatibility with all browser versions and page structures.
• That any export result will be fully identical to third-party page rendering.

Export results may be affected by page updates, network conditions, fonts, and browser limitations.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

Where law allows a cap on total liability, it is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Extension; if your use is free, that cap is 0.

We may revise this Agreement due to feature updates, compliance requirements, or security reasons. The updated version takes effect upon publication. Your continued use of the Extension means you accept the updated terms.

You may stop using and uninstall the Extension at any time.

If you violate this Agreement, we may restrict or terminate your license to use the Extension.
