1.1 Page content (for export/organization you actively trigger)

When you use the Extension on https://chat.deepseek.com/*, the content script processes visible conversation content on the page (such as text, code blocks, tables, formulas) for:

• Single export or batch export
• Secondary editing in the Response Editor
• Saving to Notebook

1.2 Data stored locally

The Extension stores locally:

• Export settings and preferences (format button order/visibility, theme, PDF/Word settings, etc.)
• Export statistics (total, by format, recent, usage, performance)
• Notebook data (folders and notes)
• Account session information (including token, user profile, validation time)
• Popup display state (update reminders, milestones, donations, onboarding, etc.)

1.3 Local IndexedDB data

PDF export preview related data is written to local IndexedDB (for preview page reading and download).

1.4 One-time anonymous statistics reporting

The Extension includes one-time anonymous statistics reporting logic:

• Reporting target: third-party hosted analytics service (Supabase)
• Reported fields: anonymous aggregated export counts by format and timestamps
• Local marker: used to ensure each installation instance only attempts once

Note: this reporting does not include chat body content.

1.5 Account and membership network requests

The Extension sends account and membership related requests to authentication services for:

• Login authorization code exchange
• Session validation and refresh
• Membership status retrieval
• Logout

To support this, the Extension stores session tokens and required user info locally.

1.6 External resource requests

offscreen.html requests KaTeX stylesheet resources from a third-party CDN.

• Perform export, editing, saving, and preview actions initiated by you
• Remember your configuration preferences to reduce repeated setup
• Display statistics and account status
• Control export capabilities under free quota and membership rules
• Improve feature direction through anonymous aggregated statistics

We do not sell your personal information. In the current version, external data interactions mainly include:

• Account/membership API communication with authentication services
• One-time anonymous statistics reporting to hosted analytics services
• Loading required stylesheet resources from third-party CDN
• Redirecting to third-party websites after links you actively click

• Retention period of local data depends on whether you manually clear data or uninstall the Extension
• You can remove local data by deleting notes, clearing local storage, or uninstalling the Extension
• Data already sent to third-party services must be handled according to the corresponding data governance process

We take reasonable measures to reduce risks, but cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not store highly sensitive information in exported content or notes (such as plaintext passwords or ID numbers).

If your jurisdiction imposes additional requirements for minors using online services, please use this Extension under guardian guidance.

We may update this policy when functionality or compliance requirements change. The updated version becomes effective upon publication.
